  • organizing your home environment for postpartum recovery
  • breastfeeding and newborn baby care support
  • referrals to services outside of our scope of services
  • We attend births at home, birthing centers, hospitals, and cesarean births.
  • You are reminded to make your decisions based on your birth vision and evidence that supports physiologic birth.
  • We practice your communication skills with practitioners and how to ask good questions as part of healthcare advocacy.
  • It's important that we work together as a team with you in the lead role.

Full Service In-Person Doula Support Suplemented with Phone, Email and/or Text Messaging.

  • Telehealth support from date of hire.
  • Two prenatal check-ins to discuss your pregnancy to postpartum options (3 hours total), one visit in person.

  • Services include one support person.

Virtual Doula Telehealth

Full Service Doula Support Via Telehealth.

Services include breastfeeding support, coaching for postpartum recovery and comfort measures, and basic infant care guidance.
